Christian will lead a guided meditation using singing bowls. This is a completely immersive experience allowing the mind to calm our energy, to ground and a revitalize your soul.
This takes place in our studio, in a group setting, while the sound bath washes over you. These high vibration sounds aid in the reduction of stress, anxiety, & insomnia.
