Derived from thousands of years of Chinese experience in the healing arts and sciences, Qigong is a powerful way of healing and staying healthy. The gentle and simple movements help to guide Qi (chi) through the body – clearing the mind, removing stagnation and blockages, strengthening the internal organs, and improving balance and flexibility. With consistent practice, one cultivates peace and inner harmony -- bringing balance to Body, Mind, and Spirit. 

Sybil Harmon is a certified Qigong, Tai Chi and Meditation Instructor with over 25 years of teaching and training. “I continue to be amazed by the simple yet profound depth of Qigong and Tai Chi as self-healing practices that can bring balance in all areas of life.
